Good afternoon,
I deleted by accident ANCHOR COTTON Floss palette and I don't know how to have it back.

Can you please tell me how to load it back?

I went to Myriacross website but were no way to download this software.

myriaCross seems to be out of business.

I suggest you try to reinstall the software. Since that is part of the base software, it should place that file back with the others.

It's normal that the usual 0000-before the number doesn't appear ?

I don't use Anchor so I don't know the numbering sequence. I don't recall ever seeing the prefixes but if they're all the same, it would make sense to save a bit of space and just drop it. You can always put a comment in the instructions about it if you thought it was needed.
