There used to be an icon at the top left that I could click on and it would delete what I just did....I could click on it 4 or 5 times and it would delete the 4 or 5 prior things. The icon vanished the other day....so now if I make a mistake I can't undo it...well I just erased 2 days of work and I need to find the icon so I can put the work back!!! PLEASE help!!!!

If you don't see the icon, hit ctrl-z (undo) and it should work.

In the meantime, I'll check to see if I can find how to make it come back.

You may have accidentally modified the main toolbar. Click on the little down-arrow to the right of it. Is "undo" unchecked? If so, check it.

THANK YOU, Diane!!! The "undo" is still gone but the ctr-Z is a LIFESAVER!!!!!! I never knew about it. It's amazing and better than the 'undo'as I can undo more items than with the undo button.
Many Hugs,
Kristy

Undo using ctrl-z is a standard Windows shortcut and has been around as long as windows. It works in virtually any windows product - from PCStitch to Notepad to Excel ...

I'm glad it helped.
