Does anyone know where I can buy these additional palettes? I want to design with Dinky Dyes but would prefer to not have to add all of these to an additional palette when ones are already available.

Unfortunately, myriaCross appears to be totally gone. I don't know if it would be legal for someone who has the myriaCross palettes to give you the ones you need.

What you might do is check with the maker of those flosses and ask them that question. If they say that their floss definitions are public domain or otherwise not copyrighted, then someone could give you the floss definitions.
