I have over 400 colors of floss. I am making a new pattern. Made a new palette with my colors. I want to use my palette on the pattern and have the program tell me which color it recommends for my pattern if I don't have it.

The program cannot do that. It cannot read your mind to know what you want, even to know what is the closest in your palette to what you are asking for.
