First - what version of Windows are you using?
Next - I suggest you make sure the internet is working otherwise (as it appears to be doing when you posted your message).
Then, try rebooting the machine and trying again to unlock.
Then, try uninstalling and reinstalling (with a possible reboot in the middle) and try again.
If all else fails - contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com and explain the problem to him with as many details as you can and what you have tried that didn't work.
