Hello.I bought the PCStitch Pro 9 version in 2013. Problem: I hacked my email at the time, and I no longer have access to it.I've been writing to the "Customer Service Department" twice to fix the problem, and I have NEVER heard from them.The answer when I try to hand in my activation key is that it is already in use and that I cannot use it.I have the paypal receipts of my purchase, I would like to be able to use what I bought.thank you for helping me
