How does PCStitch determine the RGB values for each floss color? When I asked DMC customer service for the RGB values they sent me to this website https://www.csh.rit.edu/~vance/pages/color.html and the RGB values don't match what is in the PCStitch floss file. When I asked DMC for the RGB values for the new colors (1-35) they sent me a pdf with RGB values that don't match what is the most recently updated floss file in PCStitch.

I have no access to what was determined to be the RGB colors for the display of the DMC colors. If you have more accurate codes, you may wish to use the Contact Us point and pass that information on to the developers with a request that the definitions be updated.

You can also create your own floss list so you can make your own DMC list with the codes you have.

That's the problem. I don't know that I have the more accurate RGB codes. There are multiple sources on the web that provide different codes for the same colors. I'm really just trying to figure out what are the most accurate RGB codes.

I've never used the Floss Editor but I don't see how you can do it. I don't want to fuss that much with it without knowing more.
