ok I created my own font and saved it, went back in to finish it and realized my letters that drop down lower than others like a g,j,p,y are too high up how or can I fix it?

and when making a pattern and I add text, if they are too swished together how do I space them? my space bar made it too wide

I've never created my own stitched font.

That being said, you should be able to just edit your font to correct things that don't look right and then just save it again.

As for the spacing, I think you incorporate that into the design of the font. I suggest you look at the creations of some pre-loaded font that is somewhat similar to your own and see how it was done to give you an idea of how to do it.
