Hi, this seems to be a problem with my PCstitch, I import a picture and it comes up ok but the options on the bottom of the page aren't available to me, I can reduce or enlarge the page but still not available, I was using PCStitch10 but this annoued me so much as it worked every now and then so I bit the bullet and purchased PCstitch11 but still am having the same problems.I can not adjust the size, the number of threads, the contrast etc. they are not there.
Please help as I can not use it.I have a screen print of it but I dont know how to add it here.

Betty.

Are you using a display option of larger than 100%? That "Large Font" issue has been known to cause issues. If so, try reducing it to 100% temporarily (you may have to log off / log on to the PC to have it take effect) to check.

You might also just try to change the resolution of your display and see what effect that has. I believe that definitely needs a log off / log on to take effect.

Don't worry -- both changes are as easy to reverse as they are to make. Just use the control panel option of "Display". If you have other personalized settings you might want to make sure they are saved (named) before you start doing this because it might effect those options. Then just select the named settings under Personalization to get them back.

Since you have full control over the size of the window (if not full-screen), you can just shorten it a bit if you wish to have your normal window with taskbar. I normally keep it hidden so I never noticed any issues.
