I'm trying to create stamped cross stitch patterns for my 81 yr. old mother. Is there a way to increase the size of the X stitches without increasing the size of the graphic being used?

The graphics are usually .jpg format, limited to just a few colors. I'd like to be able to have them fit an 8.5 X 11 sheet so they can be printed on water-soluble stabilizer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
