I do not believe PCStitch 7 is designed to work with Windows 7 or the 64 bit OS. It doesn't mean it won't actually work but just that it's not designed to work in that environment nor is it supported in that environment.

PCStitch 7 can be considered a "legacy" product. It has been replaced by PCStitch 9 Standard.

PCStitch 7 isn't supported on Windows 7, but I know that it has worked for some people and not for others. My suggestion would be to just give it a try.
