Hi everyone. How are you?
Guys, i'm from Brazil and i love your program, i've buy my version 11, and have to install it in my laptop and my PC, but, when i've tried to register it says "this licence is aready used", can anyone help me please?

That is a known problem -- you need to send an email to Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com to get it fixed.

Hello Diane. I did repurchase PC Stitch 11, new version, with the download option. I did receive the unlock code via email. However, when I try to open the page where the unlock code is entered into, it does not open. I called the sales person who told me she can not do anything about and that I should get in contact with tech support. I understand that tech support does not have any phone contact, but only available via email. I will be leaving the US on a cruise in two days and am trying to create a photo pattern before we leave. I hope that you can help or have someone contact me. |

Send an email to Mark at the email address earlier in this thread. He is the one to help you and it is via email.
You might also try rebooting your PC and then trying again.
