I have an older PC Stitch program which I thought could be upgraded to PC Stitch 11. Do I have to repurchase this new version or did my original program just get upgraded? It worked for awhile, but now I am unable to import any photo into the program. The resulting pattern just shows all pink page.
You might be able to upgrade to a newer version of PCStitch right after the new version is released. However, version 11 has been out for years! There is no automatic or free upgrade at this time of which I am aware. You probably have to download/purchase the latest version. Even it hasn't had minor updates in years. I just looked. PCStitch 11 apparently came out in 2018. That was before Win 11 but it does work in Win 11. I use it all the time!
Thanks, Diane, for the quick reply. I will try to download the 11 version. But when I did it the first time there was no page where it offered my to purchase. My original icon is now upgraded to PC Stitch 11. I was afraid that your recommendation was coming. No problem I love the program and it is well worth the cost.
