Posted - 07/05/2017 : 16:47:44 Every time I try to print, I am getting a message that says System Error: Exception of type "System.OutOfMemoryException"was Thrown. I sent the email to technical support, but don't know how long that takes. Can someone help to to understand what this means?

It sounds like your setup is conflicting with Windows. I suggest you take a screenshot of the error message or write down the exact message. Then write Mark or use the Contact Us point. Describe, in detail, your entire situation - what you were doing, what buttons you clicked, what happened and what was supposed to happen.
Be very careful you give the correct reply information and hope. I can't promise a quick reply.

Posted - 07/09/2017 : 14:57:40 I am just using windows print PDF. The program wont even open the printer window, that is the big problem. I get the error message after I hit the print button on the top or the print/preview in the drop down menu.If it would give me the print option window I would feel like I am getting some where but I just get the error message instead. Getting really frustrated. I have let the program send a message to PCstitch every day to let them know what it is doing and no one has gotten back to me. starting to feel like I should have gone with winstitch.

Posted - 07/07/2017 : 15:11:14 How are you trying to print to PDF? What virtual printer are you using? Maybe that's the problem. Could you try printing normally?
I use the virtual printer with FoxIt. I used to used PrimoPDF but got so upset and angry at the changes they made to their install that I removed it from all my devices. I then found out that, not only is FoxIt more flexible (a full Adobe clone), it's FASTER to create the PDFs!

Posted - 07/07/2017 : 12:54:47 I am on windows 10 and am trying to print it as a PDF. Still no luck today. I am very disappointed as I bought this so I could design my own patterns. It doesn't do me any good if I cant print them out to stitch them.

Posted - 07/05/2017 : 20:19:12 I can't tell how long it will take to get a response. Remember that the company is in the EDT time zone (based in Ohio, US).
Have you tried to print to another device? If not, I would suggest any virtual printer you have available, such as Adobe or FoxIt for PDF generation.
Also, some newer printers don't seem to work with the software. I personally have 2 different HP printers that will not print from PCStitch. I have to use FoxIt and create a PDF and then use FoxIt to actually print. This is with Windows 7. It may be different with the newer Windows 10.
