Posted - 11/06/2008 : 12:16:45 I've imported before in regular PCStitch and know to reduce the colors before importing. Here's my problem. In Pro, I selected my pic, liked how it looked in 10 colors and changed it to 10 colors, but when I imported, it went back to 50 colors. What did I do wrong? I still wish for a pdf user manual because the Help hasn't be much help. And I like to have a book on hand. Thanx again |

Posted - 11/17/2008 : 22:48:15 I was having the same problem with importing into Pro 9 and knew I could get help here. I did an update (now at .009) and problem fixed. Thanks to you all. |

Posted - 11/08/2008 : 08:00:55 I missed a few! I was at .004. It did fix that problem. My 10 stayed at 10.
Now - what happened to the skins? They've changed. The Vista one changed dramatically.

Posted - 11/07/2008 : 22:53:46 Hello,
Yep, that was a problem... It was mine actually. I had another customer report this problem and we have resolved it in the 9.0.7 maintenance release... If you already have the software installed, just to the "Check for Updates" and the update will download and install automatically for you.
If you are downloading it now for the first time, the problem will already be resolved for you...
Thanks for pointing it out! Sorry for the problem...

Posted - 11/06/2008 : 15:23:02 I recommend you contact Mark or Troy about this. I tried it and even though I specified a maximum of 10 for a simple shaded blue on white design, it gave me 114 colors!
