If the other PC is also yours, you can contact sales@pcstitch.com and they will reset your unlock code to be used another time.

I have reinstalled the program and it's working like it should, thanks for your help :)

I have another question though, if I want to set the program up on another computer I have, can I use the same key ?

Thanks
Gerda

Diane, thanks for the suggestion, I am very well protected and my computer is scaned twice a day, it's clean.

Mark, I don't have any CD, I bought the Pro version when it first came out on a special price and didn't get any cd.....

I am uninstalling it now, will be emailing you for a new activation code.

Thanks :)

I would suggest uninstalling PCStitch Pro and reinstalling from the download on the web site (not the CD). If that doesn't work, contact me via email at mmiller@pcstitch.com and I will help you get it working again.

Gerda,

Please check your entire PC for viruses and worms. You are being re-directed and not getting the update you need. The only solution is to clean your system so you can download. You should NEVER see anything like that.

Good Luck!

Diane
