When I bring something in as an underlay, the graph lines do not line up, and I have to keep shifting the underlay up and down and left and right. I usually just give up and draw it in from the pattern. I found this to be true even with patterns that had been created for PC stitch that I had printed off in the distant past. I am on standard version 9.
I've not used the underlay option. When I convert from one format to another, I have it displayed side by side on my monitor and copy that way. It is just so difficult to get the grid size of PCStitch to match something external.
