Hello: my name is Isabel, I speak a little English, speak Spanish, I’m from Chile, and sorry for my bad English, now is my first time in this forum. On June 2th, I bought on line the software PCstitch pro9 and until today I don't receive the CD, when I send the order I pay all the cost, and only received by e-mail the unlock key, I need the CD with this software and the instruction CD for work, I have never used before PcStitch,
When do you thing I will receive it?. I wait for your comments and I hope you understand me, thanks for all.

When you order online, you generally download the software and use the unlock key to use it. The CD version does not need the unlock key.
If you need the CD version (there are no extra instructions with it), you should use the Contact Us part of the main site and request help that way.
