Its been a while since I opened the program and most of my patterns are gone. I tried the beginning of uninstalling the software to see if that will trick it into restoring them. It didn't help now what?

You may need to check what folders you used when you created patterns. PCStitch uses the last position used. You can "browse" to find other folders.

If you can, and you don't have the files zipped, you can go to any folder area that is likely and do a search for .pat files.
