HI, I just purchased a couple of libraries from PatternsonLine and now I'm trying to access them in PC stitch Pro. I keep getting the message that the file can't be read as it is not a .PAT. It has a .plb extension when I try to look at the download in my folder.
(They are saved to My Documents\PCStitch Pro Patterns\Patterns Online)
I want it in my libraries,so I can use the individual pieces, not as a total pattern. I opened a new library called Teddy Bears and tried to follow the tutorial. Nothing showed up except that error message. What am I doing wrong?
I need help, please.

If it is a library format, copy it to Pro's Library folder and then open the library. The first time you do it, you will get a message that it is an older format and needs to be "upgraded". Let it do it and you are fine. You only have to do this once for each library and then you can access it fine.

I had to do that to the "Pattern Pieces" libraries and had no trouble - just tedium to get them all!

HI Diane
I'm not sure how I did it but I followed your instructions and there it was!!! Now let's see if I remember enough to go get another library folder started.

WooHoo.
Thanks a bunch!
