I have had to load my program on a new computer, and it is saying I need to register in order to check for updates - but won't let me register.
I have PCStitch Pro 9.01.08 version

The program is working - it is just not registered and I can't do any updates. Help?

What is it doing when you try to register?

Maybe you need to uninstall/reinstall it (with a boot in between).

That is an old version of the program so that may be why it's not updating.

When I try to register - it says "unable to do so at this time" I have tried this multiple times, on multiple days. The program has been uninstalled, and reinstalled, also reboot of computer. It just won't let me register, and hence not able to even get to the 'look for updates'. I realize this is an older version.
I do have 11 - I just don't like it :)

It may be that that older version needs to "phone home" to register and it's just too old for that. I don't know. I suggest you email Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com and explain the problem to him. He's the only one who can address this issue.

Good Luck,

Diane
