Im attempting to install but it tells me there is a newer version already installed that i need to remove, ive looked everywhere and found nothing

Each version of PCStitch installs, by default, into a different location. For example, PCStitch 10 default installs to C:\Program Files(x86)\PCStitch 10 while PCStitch 11 installs to C:\Program Files(x86)\PCStitch 11.

I have had multiple versions installed at the same time multiple times (for support purposes).

I suggest you look at C:\ProgramData for a folder for PCStitch 11. Also use the Programs > Program Features in Control Panel for any reference to PCStitch.
