I am wanting to make the same Border for multiple patterns;
How can I make a Border file? Is there a way to do this??

There is a PDF file that comes with PCStitch 11. If you don't have a shortcut for it, check the folder where you installed the product. In that manual, check page 87 - section 9.3.1. It covers creating new borders.
