Can I use this program to design Plastic Canvas projects ?

In PCStitch 11 when you're ready to print there is a "Stamped Printing" tab under Print/Preview screen. From there check "Print Reverse Image on Transfer Paper for Stamped Project". Assuming you're using an inkjet printer you may be able to imprint your design onto sample materials. Play around with it to see what works. Then watch YouTube videos on how plastic canvas is printed or made.
