I received my program yesterday and thought I would jump right on. I designed a simple pattern with three colors. Saved it. Opened it back up to print and all that printed was the grid lines. No pattern. What am I missing? I thought this would be a simple process. TIA

It may be your printer or it may be the print options.

Before actually printing, try the preview option. That is what should appear on the paper (or virtual printer).

It could be a simple as printing in color and not having a usable color cartridge in your printer.

Without more information, there's not much more I can suggest.
