I have lost all my notes on adding new yarn pallets to the program I have the BAK and the COL files just need the steps to find the pallet library ion the computer to copy them in I will be grateful for any help Please

By "yarn pallets" and the use of .col, I'm guessing you mean the lists of colors for individual floss companies/groups.

If that is the case, simply put the .col file in the Flosses folder withing PCStitch 11 under ProgramData. Note, you may have to "unhide" ProgramData as it is normally a hidden folder.
