is there a way to remove the information of the floss when its on the page of the pattern? also is there a way to not have the color of the floss in the info sheet? not the name of the color but the actual color that shows up.

When you select to print, click on the "Information Sheet" tab.

On that tab, you can check or uncheck the following items:

Under Info Sheet Sections:

Legend
Instructions
Notes
Instruction Notes

Under Legend Fields:

Color
Strand Count
Manufacturer Key
Description
Stitch Count
Skeins Used

If you uncheck "Color", you get the symbol in a little box but no color.

If you don't want to see the key in the pattern itself (before the information sheet), uncheck the "Grid Page Palette" option on the right on the "Grid Page Options" tab.

Hi, this is my first post, just purchased PC stitch Pro today and I have unchecked the grid page palette but the legend still shows to the right of page two of my mock up design. Not sure if theres anything else you can suggest. Many thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's PCStitch 11? You mentioned "Pro" and that name hasn't been used for several versions.

I just did a quick test (using print preview) and unchecking that option does prevent it from showing. It doesn't show on every page -- just the right-most top page.
