PCStitch does not, by itself create PDF files. To do this, you need an external "virtual" printer.
Windows 10 has such a printer as part of the operating system but it has been known to have compatibility issues with some products, including PCStitch.
I use Foxit as a PDF clone rather than Adobe but Adobe would work. Both products are free or have free versions and both have the virtual printer included. All you have to do is install the products and you have the printer available.
Once available, just select the virtual printer as the printer and "print" to it. That will create a PDF.
