While working on my patterns, I noticed that most of my Available color Selection is gone. I don't know if I hit the wrong button, but I'd like to get all of the color back onto my program. Is there a way I can do this?

Also, I have the older version of PC Stitch 10. How can I update the program to the current one without losing any of my library patterns and finished patterns?

I'm having a problem working within my Program. When I try to click on any of the toolbar icons, I'm immediately taken back to my Start Up page. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Sarita,

First of all, there is a drop-down menu for the available floss palettes. You may be looking at the currently loaded "default" palette. Each pattern has its own set of colors that are defined for that pattern and are the "default" palette for that pattern. Blank (new) patterns take the default (either pre-defined when installed or set by you) to start with and then you add/remove using the drop-down menu.

Other than that, I'm not sure what you're referring to as the problem.

For updating the program -- no problem. All your patterns are set separate from the program. The default pattern libraries that you see with PCStitch 10 are the same as with PCStitch 11. If you have created your own, you can copy them over to the new folder. Both programs can run side-by side as they are installed in separate folders.

For the toolbar icons, I have no idea what you mean. I've never seen anything like that. The first question that comes to mind is what version of windows are you using. That program is so old, that it might have some difficulty with Win 10. I'm using Win 7 and have both PCStitch 10 and 11 installed with no issues with either. Could you explain more?

Diane
There is no such thing as a stupid question
