I have gone through the alphabets available in PC Stitch ver. 11.3 there are 108, but I can only use 50. Why is this? Is there a way to change the size of the available alphabets?

I don't understand why you say you can only use 50 out of 103. What happens if you try?

Stitched fonts cannot be resized. If you use the true-type fonts for stitched fonts, then you can specify the size of the text.

BwSymbol error and the it sys does not support regular

it then asks if I want to email this information to PCStitch but then the email or information does not transmit I just get the swilling circle symbol.

I suggest you try uninstalling, rebooting, and then reinstalling PCStitch. The 108 stitched fonts should be available easily. They are part of the basic install of 11.

You can look to see if you have the files by looking at C:\ProgramData\PCStitch 11\Stitched Fonts. Note that ProgramData is usually a hidden folder. You may have to "un-hide" it, at least temporarily, to see the data.

If a reinstall doesn't work, contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com and give him as much information as you can, including what version of Windows you are running.
