hi I have series 9 and my lock code will not unlock any help please



I have a version 9 which I not used recently but the code does not unlock now what am I doing wrong

I would try an uninstall/reinstall with a reboot in between. If that doesn't work or you don't have the version 9 to re-install, I would contact Mark. Just look for his profile and send him an email. Note, you need at least 5 posts to send an email. If you don't have that, use the main PCStitch Contact Us link.
