My chart includes an over-one face, charted in petite stitch. I can't find a way to view or print it that does not include a grid line 'plus sign' that divides each grid square into its four areas of petite stitch. If I toggle the Grid Lines marker under View, the main grid lines display or vanish as expected, but the grid lines within the squares remain. They are definitely grid lines, as they show in whatever color I use to define grid lines.

Is there any way to eliminate them from the display?

Niji,

I wasn't aware that PCStitch even supported petite stitches. The only suggestion I have is to have the face as a separate chart within the chart and leave the face blank. You can show the face as the same size stitch and explain in the instructions that is is done differently.

Hi again,

I was browsing through other posts, and realized I could make changes to the look of the print copy by changing printer options on the Options menu (from Home). I did get a reasonable copy to print this way. Will keep working on the display. I haven't really absorbed the relation between display, print preview, and print yet --
Thanks for trying to help. This is a very powerful program indeed!
