I am having a new problem. Every time I open my PRO the splash screen says "Unregistered Copy" and so I go to reg/unlock and enter my info and then it says "Registration Failure" Error 110:
So then I hit the customer service mail, ask to be reset and then I have to wait. I've been waiting this time since 9/2/06.
Well, if all of that isn't enough, as soon as it does get "re-activated" when I close PRO and shut down my PC then the next time I start my PC and open PRO I have to do it all over again.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
I love this program but I have had so many problems with it that I just feel like having a good cry....

If anyone has any help or sugestions I'd really appreciate it.

Renee,

Since you have the unlock information handy, I suggest you remove and then re-install Pro. Then maybe the unlock key will stay.

My copy is from a download and I've never had a problem (knock on wood!!!!!).

Renee,

Did you get the software on CD? If so, reinstalling from the CD will register the software without needing to connect to the internet.

Are you running any kind of system guard utility that might prevent the registration information from being saved? We do see problems where the software will become unregistered once in a while, but I have never seen it happen every time the system gets rebooted.

Hey Mark, Yep I got my disc yesterday. I reinstalled with it and a lot of my old problems are gone!!!
I mean even the problem of opening other patterns. I'd say that so 90% of all the problems I've had are gone.
Maybe I just got a bad download or something whatever the case I will always go for the disc from now on.
Thanks to you and everyone at M&R, you guys are the greatest!!!!

Once again a completly satisfied customer!!
