I had to reset my pc... Pcstitch was uninstalled... I reinstalled the program.. Put in my unlock code... Well I can not use the software... It says to contact customer service.. There is also an email address along with a phone number.. I called customer service and I was told the software would have to be unlocked from their end.. The young man took done my information and told me it would be resolved... Well that was yesterday at 12pm... My issue is not resolved..: I called again this morning about 930 and I was told to email customer service... I need this issue resolved... I have some graphs to complete.. I finished 1 and could not save my progress.. Please help me.. I'm totally frustrated
