 unable to unlock after purchasing		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

I tried out the free download of pc standard then purchased it so I could save my work and finish later. I am unable to unlock using the unlock code given me will I lose my work if I shut it down. I called the 1-800 number and the office is closed.
