Can't figure out how to do this. I selected the "text" option, selected my "sample", typed the initials & year into the text box but it doesn't look anything like the sample. (MAC 2013)
I previously used Ariel font to type this in (& saved it) & now I can't erase or delete individual stitches from the letters.
Can you help?

Your text may be set as an "object" and you need to blend it into the background to be able to touch it as individual stitches.

I don't use the text option that often so I'm not a lot of help there.

You may want to look at tall the fonts that are built in - with 10 there are quite a few. One of them may be what you want.

Once I pick a font I like is there any way to change the font size?

If it is a "true type" font, there is a drop-down menu to select the size. If it is a stitched font, there is no way to change it. It is preset.
