Interesting - never had this problem before - I have a picture that I saved, ready to print the color blocks printout. Picture is 150x99 but it will NOT give me more than 140x99. I've tried every trick I can think of but it won't give me those last ten blocks. Any ideas?
Thanks

Try a print preview. Does it show all columns?

No, print preview only goes to 139. I DID manage to get a print out by changing the margins, but shouldn't have to do that, and DREAD THE THOUGH of doing that for the 120 colors I am using (I do a print out of EACH color and stitch one color at a time)......
Thanks

If changing the margins helped, then the pattern was probably on multiple pages.

HUH?

I shouldn't have to change the margins. I never had to before but this is the first pattern larger than 140 stitches across. When I get a printout of FOUR PAGES of the COLOR BLOCKS it would give me four pages of the color blocked picture which I could past together to see what my final product looked like from a distance. This time I have 150 stitches and 99 rows, and even if I ASK for a FIT TO PAGE COUNT THREE print out the GRID PAGES PRINT RANGE column will only go to TWO pages. While I can get it all with changing the margins it is going to make it MUCH more difficult to print out the whole pattern. I print ONE COLOR AT A TIME using the HIGHLIGHT COLOR feature, and I STITCH one color at a time. I don't understand why it won't give me the THIRD PAGE of the last ELEVEN COLUMNS to finish my print outs. I really shouldn't have to change the margins!

OK, I've been "experimenting" - margins back to default - and if I add FIVE columns to the right (ie, pattern is 155 stitches instead of 150) then I GET three pages. It seems to have something to do with the legend printing out. Adding ONE column, two columns, three or four does NOT work - it has to be five in order to MOVE the LEGEND to another page and give me the number of columns for the picture. Might be a bug there you need to work on, but I'll do the best I can with my print outs, or I'll have to abandon the work.

Lona,

Send a message to Mark with full details of what your problem is, what happens in various cases and what finally succeeds. It does sound like a coding bug but I have no control over that at all. I'm a volunteer who happens to have a lot of experience in using the product (for about 9 years now - from version 7 in 2004). I try to help where I can but when it get's to bugs, I can't help.
