Help! When I try to print, all I get is a blank grid with no symbols on it. Print preview is fine. I have tried a couple of different patterns, only lines (backstitch) will print, no crosses. Any ideas? Thanks, Sheryl
The first thing is to check what form of stitches you are requesting in your print. That may be a problem. Beyond that, try printing elsewhere, such as a virtual printer like PrimoPDF.
