Hi
I have just tried printing a couple of charts only to find the symbols had completely been altered and were not the same as those on the chart or the screen.
It took me some time to realise, but what has happened is that the first two of the the PCStitch fonts (PCStitch and PCStitch 2) have disappeared, leaving only PCStitch 3 as an option.
I use PCStitch 2 font as my default font; my charts are all charted using it as I prefer the variety of the symbols - and I don't want to have to redo them all in PCStitch 3 font.
Can you please advise where and why PCStitch and PCStitch 2 fonts have gone??? And, mpore importantly, how I can get them back!!

First, check the Windows folders and the fonts to see if they are still listed. If so, try a reboot. If not, try a re-install (over the existing install) and it should put them back.

I have tried the re-boot a couple of times, and left the computer overnight to reboot - still no luck.
I have looked in the program files; PCStitch10 - Misc - PCStitch Symbols + PCStitch Symbols2 + PCStitch Symbols3 ; are all listed.
But with PCStitch open at any pattern, only PCStitch symbols 3 is listed in the optional symbols fonts list. I have also looked in TOOLS - OPTIONS to see the default symbol font listing - only PCStitch symbols 3 appears there.
PCStitch symbols 1 & 2 don't appear in any symbols font list.
The PCStitch V10 we have was a downloaded one (involved in testing the version before release). So how do I reinstall it please?

So long as the license is still valid (a re-install not affect that), just download the latest version and install it in the same location as the current version. In essence, you are doing an "update".
That should solve the problem. If it does not, I suggest you check with Mark.
