HI I am really enjyoying Version 10, but keep having a couple of little problems with Libraries and Backstitch.

I am putting a lot of my own charted motifs into libraries and really like the ability to enlarge before importing into a chart. However, when I do that, I don't get the motif I clicked on - it's almost as if the motif underneath, the un-enlarged motif that was there in the library before I enlarged the images, is being imported. The only to use the motif I want is to close the library and re-select without enlarging. As a lot of the motifs are very small, this makes it difficult to select the correct one. Is there a way to select one of the enlarged motifs, please?

With the backstitch, I often have to re-draw lines even though they have been saved to disc. Sometimes when changing zoom, new lines are created and my saved lines removed. This is happening with the outline option and individual lines I have drawn. Help, please, as this is taking ages each time to re-draw them!

Hi again
I'd asked about libraries three weeks ago and am still having problems with them - whatever motif I choose in a library (of the motifs I have put in there), when it is dragged to the chart it is a different motif from the one chosen.

I have tried all the different zooms - as mentioned in my previous query, and still can't see how to get the motif I want.
Any help will be gratefully received.

Daisy, for this and your other question, you may need to use "contact us" to ask the developers directly. However, do not expect any answer before Tuesday at the earliest. Remember that this is a holiday weekend - at least in the US. With New Year's Day being a Sunday, most companies (and the government) are using Monday as the "official" holiday.

Even the Tournament of Roses Parade isn't until Monday this time!

I'm so sorry Diane - I didn't realise that! Holidays are so different over here !
At the moment I can't use my stored motifs, which is really annoying!
I'll wait and contact them later.
Thank you
