I purchased several borders from patternsonline.com and am having trouble with them.

I downloaded them in both pattern and border formats. When I install the borders into the border folder, the next time I open PCStitch, the programs crashes and I cannot open it again. To get the program to work, I must uninstall the program and delete all the folders off my hard drive and install PCStitch as if I had not installed it before.

If I do not install the borders in the border folder, and open them as a pattern instead, they work fine. I would really like to have my borders in the correct folder and working properly.

Hope you can help.

Thanks,
elf108

Are you using PCStitch Standard or PCStitch Pro?

What is the error message you get when your program crashes?

Can you try installing the borders one at a time and see if it is a specific border that is causing the problem or any border you try?
