When I import a picture to do a pattern, it shows a pattern with some areas without stitches. My list of stitches shows no symbol, but a color is assigned to the block, but the pattern itself does not show any color block. When I go to "show virtual stitches", those blocks are blank. How can I fix that? Or is there a way to fix it?

I can't tell what is causing this without seeing the file you are importing and the pattern you are creating.

If you want to email me the image file and the pattern to mmiller@pcstitch.com I can take a look at it.
