Posted - 03/30/2010 : 09:18:04 I recently had to get me computer brain-washed. I had to re-install my program with the CD. Before, my unsaved pattern that is in the first page and all my other patterns were the correct size at 100%. Now I have to zoom to 144%. Is there any way to make the pattern the right size at 100%?
Thanks! Maria |

Posted - 04/07/2010 : 18:11:00 Hi, I figured out what was happening and fixed it. I went to tools and selected pattern properties. My setting was on 20 count. I changed it to 14 count and the unsaved opening chart is now 100% and the right size. Maria |

Posted - 03/30/2010 : 09:25:31 You may be using a different sized monitor and that can affect things. The size of the visible stitches is dependent upon the size of the stitches you define. If your pattern is for 10 count, the blocks at 100% will be larger than if the pattern specifies 14 count and that is larger than 18 count ... Remember that what you stitch and what you define as the count do not have to match. It ONLY affects the estimate for floss usage and the stated over all size. You can do other than what is stated with no change in your design except for size and floss usage.
I personally have the default set for 14 count and I use 200%. I use pro and it remembers that 200% setting when I re-enter the same pattern. My eyes aren't good.
