Hello everyone!
I just realized that I can't save stitching instructions which I've written down under pattern properties.
I'm running version 07.00.26 whichis the latest one. Can anyone help me, please?

TIA Sabine

It has been resolved without a problem. I tried it several time on different patterns I have done. It is working very well so far.

Next Monday is a holiday here in the US but it's one of those "half-holidays" (no mail but most businesses open). If you have not received an answer, I would suggest you send to Mark Miller. Check his posts, he has posted his email address a couple of times here.

Hello Diane!
I've written a short note using the Contact Us form on their website on Dec.31st, 2009. But I didn't get an answer till now. Is the company on holidays???

Sabine,

You are correct. It does not seem to recognize a change in the instructions as a change in the pattern. I find that a bit strange as I often get that message if I even change print parameters! I suggest you use the Contact Us to report this flaw.

Good Luck!

Hello Diane!
That was it. I mean the saving. In former times PC Stitch asked me to save the changings before closing. Now it doesn't.

Sabine,

I normally use 9 but I have 7 still installed and I created a simple test case. I had absolutely NO trouble creating and saving the instructions. It worked just as it's supposed to - Open Properties, open Instructions Tab, Type the instructions, close the Properties and save the file.

Could you give more information as to exactly what your problem is?
