Whole design = text + both motifs + gaps on the layout.

Without this knowledge no one can help you with this, because you need to know how big the whole thing will be before determining the fabric size.

Each design is 90 x 90 stitches (there are two of these) there are 181 lines of text. Can you tell me what size Aida cloth I need?

To determine the fabric size you need to know how big the whole design is (in stitches from where you can count the actual size of the whole thing and go on determining the fabric size) including the text.

The wedding announcement has two designs on it, which are each 8 x 8 (stitches per inch) (Per PC Stitch). The total number of word lines are 181 and the longest line has 404 (word stitches). How large a piece of Aida cloth will I need? I am doing this on 10 count.

Thanks

Of course not?

The picture in the design itself may be 10x10 stitches, but if you intend to insert text there too you need to know how big the whole design is, incl. image(s) and text.

Unless you want to stitch them as separate projects, and that is not what you want to do, I presume.

The design is 10 x 10 (stitches) per PC Stitch. This pattern is on the top and the bottom of the wedding announcement and the words are in the middle.

Would it still be 16 x 16?

Thanks

Taking that it is in inches you just add 3 inches to the edges (so you need 16''x16'' piece of fabric for the pattern, at least).

I'd say your best bet with the text is to do some line breaking there to make it fit with your preferred width.
