It is quite possible that PCStitch 7 does not work under 10. Remember that version 7 is more than 10 years old! I was using it in 2004.
I would try an uninstall/reinstall and then contact Mark if that does not help. Just look for his name in the list of members to find his profile and then send him an email.
However, after this amount of time that even Version 10 has been out (about 6 years), it's quite possible that your only solution is to upgrade.
