Hello everyone! I am new to the Forum. I do beadwork and use this program for my bead designs. I have been using it for many years. I did an upgrade to see if it would fix the problem I am having and no luck.. When I use the edit box and move my design it works but as soon as I turn it off it changes all the colors! Not a good thing to say the least. If any one has some info for me I would be most grateful. Suzi |

I have never heard of this problem. Did you report it to the developers when you first noticed it? If they don't know about it, they can't fix it.
I would contact Mark and give him as many details as you can about the issue. What colors (including the company ...), what you are moving, how big.... anything you can think of to clearly describe the problem.
To get to Mark, go to the member list and send to him from his profile.
