Posted - 09/03/2006 : 22:34:11 I bought this program about 5 years ago I think and have really just now started using it. And I've made so many patterns but just now noticed that the first page of the floss legend on every one of them is cut off in the middle of the last entry making it unreadable. Everything else seems to be fine.
I then noticed when I scrolled back up to the very top of the legend page that it is showing just a fraction of an inch of the last page right before that. So that is why the bottom piece is being cut out. Can anyone tell me how to fix that?
I need to know as soon as possible as I am selling these patterns and do not want dis-satisfied customers.
Thank you in advance. |

Posted - 09/14/2006 : 14:17:48 Can you do a screen capture of the preview error and email it to me at mmiller@pcstitch.com so that I can see exactly what you are seeing?

Posted - 09/09/2006 : 15:05:47 OOPS! I forgot to mention that I discovered I was wrong about the ... "fraction of an inch of the last page right before that".
What is happening is that instead of being able to see the title of the pattern at the top of the floss chart page...all you can see is the line that is below the title of the pattern. I discovered that when I discoveredd that there is ONE pattern that I made that came out right. LOL |

Posted - 09/08/2006 : 10:41:14 What version of PCStitch do you have?
Do you get the same problem on the actual printed page or do you just see it on the preview window?

Posted - 09/07/2006 : 07:56:39 Mark and Terry usually show up about once a week it seems. You can always email them for help. Check the posts here for their email addresses.

Posted - 09/07/2006 : 05:11:04 Thank you, Diane for the response. You are probably right. But I don't have the money right now to do that.
Where is this Mark guy I've been noticing on here who seems to be the one who runs the company...or is at least their 'answer' guy for glitches?
I was hoping against hope that he would respond and tell me there IS an answer for this problem without upgrading right now. LOL
Maybe he's on vacation...???

Posted - 09/06/2006 : 08:03:38 I almost hate to say it but with the software that old, it may be easier to upgrade to a newer version. Not only will you have a better chance of having it fixed automatically or soon but you will pick up more advanced features at the same time.
