Hi, I'm using pc stitch 7 but I have a new computer and whenever I try to print a pattern whether its one of my own or one in the tutorial it only prints black squares? How do I fix this? I'm using an HP Pavilion a1310n with windows xp any help would be greatly appreciated as I know I printed patterns in color and my old computer was also windows xp? Please help |

What are you using for the Print Stitches As setting on the Print Options screen?

Hello Katz,
I had the same problem and I think it had to do with the last pc stitch7 update.
I have patterns that I printed before the last update that allowed me to print in colors as well as the floss colors chart. I really don't know what happened. When I ask the same question here in the forum, I was told that it was a technical problem to email support. I emailed support and I was told that pc stitch7 don't print in colors.
The charts that I printed were done on a compaq pc with a hp printer. The charts were colored symbols with a color floss chart that included the color symbol and id number with description. Very nice. But now it black and white.
