Has anybody else noticed something weird with the copy/paste command?

Actually, it's two weird things and Mark thought he had them fixed. I thought he had one fixed.

Problem 1: If you mark an area to be copied, the symbols for each color are not always remembered when you paste until after you complete the operation. This is the one Mark thought he fixed. However, I tried pasting a larger section (entire area did not fit on the screen). As I scrolled to make sure I had it where I wanted it, the symbols kept reverting to the default symbols. After that happened, all pastes lost their symbols immediately.

Problem 2: The paste option does not "activate" at first. Once you get it active, you're find. If you mark a section and then click Copy, the Paste option does not activate. Neither the icon or the menu option is available. If you exit select mode (click on another mode option) the option does activate. From that point on (until you close PCStitch), the paste icon/menu option works as expected.

Both problems are trivial. The first one is only a display problem. Once you complete the paste operation, the symbols are correct so it's not a major problem. It's just a bit difficult at times to get things lined up when the symbols are different.

The second one is a bug but as there is an easy circumvention, it's not serious.

I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who's noticed this. It's so minor that I didn't report it to Mark until last week (when I noticed the 2nd error). I just find copy/paste a lot easier to use than mirror, especially with the lack of information in the tutorial on Mirror Mode.

Side issue - does anybody use Mirror Mode? If so, just how DOES it work?

Diane, I have noticed those too - partly because I

1. use Pro daily basis
2. like to play around with bits.

And another thing after previous update... my Pro seems to got slower. Before last update it was fast, and worked smoothly - now it has to take some time to think.
